We accept returns or replacements within 7 days of delivery only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
👉 A proper unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund request.
Once we receive the returned item, it will go through a quality inspection, and the refund (if approved) will be processed within 7 working days after inspection.
