At Ksnovastore.in, we do not accept returns or exchanges for fitting or size issues.

3. Mandatory Verification Process

To maintain fairness and prevent fraudulent claims, all return requests must be backed by visual evidence.

  • Video Confirmation: We require a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time and highlighting the defect.

  • Image Confirmation: High-resolution photos of the specific defective area and the original tags/packaging.

4. How to Initiate a Return

If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, follow these steps:

  2. Attach your Order ID, Unboxing Video, and Defect Images.

  3. Our quality control team will review the evidence within 3–5 business days.

5. Refunds & Replacements

Once the manufacturing defect is confirmed by our team:

  • Replacement: We will ship a fresh piece of the same product at no extra cost (subject to availability).

  • Refund: If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Conditions for Approval

The item must be returned in its original condition:

  • Unworn and unwashed.

  • Original brand tags and packaging must be intact.

  • No smell of perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
