1. Processing Time

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In the event of high order volumes (new collection drops), a slight delay of 1–2 days may occur. We will notify you via email/SMS if there is a significant delay.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping & Customs
Ksnovastore.in ships globally. Please note the following for international orders:

Customs/Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Responsibility: Ksnova is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our Bangalore hub due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply.
6. Damaged Packages
If you receive your order and the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with:

Do not accept the delivery if the seal is broken.

If you accept it, ensure you record a clear unboxing video as required by our [Return Policy] to claim for manufacturing defects.
7. Undelivered Shipments
If our courier partner is unable to deliver the order after three attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. A refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued, or a re-delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
