  • Color Variance: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

  • Sizing: It is the customer's responsibility to consult the Size Chart provided on each product page. As per our policy, we do not accept returns for fitting issues.

4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

The "Ksnova" brand, logos, designs, and content are the intellectual property of Ksnova. Any unauthorized use of our designs—including those inspired by binge-watching trends—is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Manufacturing Defects & Returns

Your use of our service is subject to our Return and Refund Policy:

  • Returns are strictly limited to Manufacturing Defects only.

  • Mandatory: You must provide a clear unboxing video and high-resolution images within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a claim.

  • The decision of our quality control team regarding the defect shall be final.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose.

  • To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ksnova does not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no case shall our directors, officers, or employees (including Mrs. K and Mr. S) be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.
